Following their 2025 collaboration on Thudarum, Mohanlal and filmmaker Tharun Moorthy venture into a new Malayalam film. Production formally commenced with a pooja ceremony held on January 23, 2026.
The film is written by Ratheesh Ravi, produced by Ashiq Usman, and features cinematography by Shaji Kumar.
