The complete actor Mohanlal is going to wear the director’s hat for the very first time in his illustrious career spanning over 4 decades. Barroz-Guardian of D'Gama's Treasure will be filmed in 3D and is expected to begin it’s shooting on March 15th in Goa. Kochi will be another major location for this film. My dear Kuttichathan fame Jijo Punnose is the script writer and Santhosh Sivan is the cinematographer of this movie. The title role, Barroz, is played by Mohanlal himself and an elite cast and crew from around the world will be a part of this prestigious project. Barroz will also mark the debut as the music director for the 15 year old Lydian Nadhaswaram who won the CBS talent show 'The World's Best' in 2019.
